Planning and Budgeting

  • Determine what we are keeping from existing house
    • Wiring
    • Pipes
  • Verify the as builds in the village match what is built and legalized
  • Prepare Plans for ARB Fast Track submission
  • Prepare for ARB and Planning board hearing with the Mood Board and Sample Materials
  • Final submission of plans
  • Establish timeline for the project
  • Pull Permits

Licensed Trades

  • Research, interview, negotiate with and select the construction team – Framers, Roofer, Electrician, Plumber, Hardscape, Finishers, Painters
  • Collaborate on the following
  • Cabinet company
  • Appliance selection
  • Flooring
  • Stone

Construction Phase

  • Initial Kick off meeting with the team
  • Bi-Weekly calls or visits with the team
  • Exchange regular update with the client by email/text of phone
  • Keep track of the budget and timeline
  • Work with Architect to adjust to existing site conditions
  • Address issues as they arise and communicate with client as needed
  • Handle all Village and Town inspections and certifications needed

Project Completion

  • Punch List
  • Issuance of the final C of O
