Licensed Trades
- Research, interview, negotiate with and select the construction team – Framers, Roofer, Electrician, Plumber, Hardscape, Finishers, Painters
- Collaborate on the following
- Cabinet company
- Appliance selection
- Flooring
- Stone
Construction Phase
- Initial Kick off meeting with the team
- Bi-Weekly calls or visits with the team
- Exchange regular update with the client by email/text of phone
- Keep track of the budget and timeline
- Work with Architect to adjust to existing site conditions
- Address issues as they arise and communicate with client as needed
- Handle all Village and Town inspections and certifications needed
Project Completion
